IJT J&K Organises Felicitation Ceremony for JKBOSE Toppers in Ganderbal

Ganderbal: Islami Jamiat-E-Talaba Jammu and Kashmir, organized a felicitation ceremony to honour the students of class X and XII for their stupendous academic performance in the session 2017-18.
Top sixty students from Ganderbal district in class X and XII together were invited at Townhall Ganderbal and honoured with momentos and certificates on the occasion. Other students among IJT students unit were also present for an orientation programme.
Renowned scholar professor Ibrahim Khawja and president IJT Umer Sultan were the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour for the ceremony.
Renowned scholar Ibrahim, opined that we need a team of experts in every field. For it is incumbent upon the Muslim community to prepare experts in moder as well as religious streams. We should redefine the education and try to inculcate the trie purpose of education. He also lauded the initative to felicitate the meritoriois students.
IJT Jammu and Kashmir president Umer Sultan in his welcome speech, expressed pride with the spectacular result of class X and XII in district and made students aware about their responsibilities.  Exhorting the students to carry on with their pursuit of excellence, he congratulated the toppers of the different schools in district.
Speaking on the occasion Dr. Murtaza Ahmad Shah applauded the efforts of the students, teachers and their parents. He urged the students to always remember the values they have ingrained at Model Academy which will help them etch a life embellished with success in cracking competative exams also, he added.
Vote of thanks was proposed by district president Aamir Nazir of Benhama Ganderbal.
